Our schedule

  • Order cut-off = Sunday at noon (12:00). For any order placed after this deadline, we cannot guarantee delivery confirmation! Your order will automatically be postponed by one week (or until the next visit).
  • Every Wednesday: Pallets depart for Zone 5. (cut-off and payment on Friday!) Delivery by a STEF Transports carrier: pallets leave our warehouse every week. Attention: you must choose Visa card payment; our carrier does not accept cash or cheques! Check the “Pallet delivery” page for more information. One pallet = maximum 850 kg. Grouping possible. We do not have a Bancontact terminal. We do not accept cheques, PayPal, or anything else.The order must be paid online.

Collection

ATTENTION: CHANGE OF COLLECTION DAY:

From March 2026, collection from our warehouse will ONLY be possible ON SATURDAYS Open access between 10am – 12pm

Until February 2026: Collection from our warehouse in Chièvres (Grosage) is ONLY possible ON FRIDAYS Open access between 4pm – 6pm

Delivery time

We prepare every order as quickly as possible. To find out your delivery date, please check your region and the planned date on the following page: Visit dates or on our Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/DogsFresh.be

Cut-off dates are indicated for each route (SUNDAY AT NOON 12:00). We do not guarantee any delivery confirmation for orders placed after the cut-off dates! These orders will automatically be put on hold until the next visit in that region.

Home delivery

Products are loaded at -18°C and delivered directly by our own refrigerated trucks with freezer day and night. We guarantee delivery with no break in the cold chain. Our drivers deliver your order to your door on the street* (not INTO your freezer). Orders are delivered according to a fixed delivery system. The delivery time slot will be communicated by email after the order, a few days before delivery. You will receive it by email, usually on Monday or Tuesday (or another day). The time slot is fixed and cannot be changed. If the time slot does not suit you, your delivery will be postponed to the next visit (so try to find a solution so the delivery can take place). In this case, please allow for a slightly longer lead time due to the postponement.

Group orders are possible if you cannot reach the minimum quantity. The group places a single order on the website with one delivery address. In the case of a group order, we also ask you to pay the total amount, not individually.

* Please make sure there is space so our truck can get as close as possible to make things easier for you. We do not deliver upstairs. We do not enter buildings/apartments.

We do our best to offer you delivery with no shipping fees. If you cannot reach the minimum quantity for free delivery, we will add shipping fees. You can find all shipping fees by region on the following page: Shipping fees
