How to place an order?

Orders must be placed via the website. Simply add all the desired products to your cart.

NOTE: Orders by Phone, Email, SMS, Facebook, WhatsApp, etc. will not be processed.

When you have finished shopping, continue to ‘Confirm Order’, and the ‘Delivery’ screen will open. Here you can choose between Home Delivery or Collection from the warehouse. Our warehouse is located at 7950 Grosage (Belgium) and is not a physical store. See the ‘Warehouse Collection’ section.

If you opt for Home Delivery, simply select your region.

Then click on ‘Secure Payment’. (To continue, you must accept our Terms and Conditions)

NOTE: Until you click on ‘Secure Payment’, you can modify the products and quantities in your cart at any time by clicking on ‘My Cart’.

Then the ‘Order Confirmation’ screen opens. Choose your Payment Method.

NOTE: If you would like an Invoice, don’t forget to mention your VAT number. For French customers: please provide your Intra-Community VAT number, and you will receive an Intra-Community Invoice.

Then confirm the order.

You will receive an order confirmation shortly.

NOTE: If (part of) your details have not been filled in correctly, it is possible that your order cannot be delivered.

Your order is now placed and can no longer be modified.

We will keep you informed about the delivery as soon as possible.

You will receive a delivery date and time slot, at least one day before the delivery day. Usually you will receive this information by email on Monday or Tuesday (or another day).

It is MANDATORY that you confirm the delivery by replying to the email you receive from us. No Delivery without CONFIRMATION of the Time Slot from you.

NOTE: If you have not received an email the day before delivery, please contact us yourself. There is probably an error. Please also check your Junk Mail (Spam) before contacting us.

Deliveries

Deliveries take place according to a fixed delivery system. Delivery days are fixed according to the region and cannot be chosen by the customer. (For specific needs, you can of course contact us by email)

If you have opted for ‘Cash Payment on Delivery’, you must pay the total amount of your order in Cash to the driver. Checks are not accepted! We do not have a bancontact or other device. If you do not have the total amount in cash when the driver arrives at your home, our driver will take back your order.

Delivery days

Deliveries in Belgium = Tuesday and Wednesday

Delivery in France = Thursday and Friday

Collection times

Collection on site is ONLY POSSIBLE EVERY SATURDAY between 10 AM – 12 PM!

If you come outside these hours, we will not help you.

When there is a Belgian public holiday (not French) that falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the warehouse will be closed.

Are the products delivered fresh or frozen?

All products are transported and delivered frozen. We deliver your order with our Own Refrigerated Trucks.

I did not receive an order confirmation after placing my order.

If you do not receive an order confirmation after placing an order, this automatically means that your order has not been confirmed. You probably entered an incorrect email address. Please try again later.

I have an Intra-Community VAT number. How do I get an invoice?

Simply place your order on the site and provide us with your Intra-Community VAT Number and indicate that you would like an Intra-Community invoice. We will take care of the rest.

Can I still modify my order after receiving the order confirmation?

Unfortunately it is not possible to remove items from your order after confirming the order.

However, it is always possible to add items to your order at any time. Simply send us (well in advance) an email with your order number.
We ask you to make additions to your order in increments of at least 10 KG.

What is the delivery time if I place an order?

Are there Shipping Costs?

If you order a quantity less than the minimum quantity to get free shipping, then yes.

The minimum quantity to order depends on your Delivery Area. You will find all the information regarding the minimum quantity and our shipping costs on the Shipping Costs page

How can I get an exception to the delivery conditions?

Unfortunately this is impossible.

Can I come and collect my order on site?

Of course, look in the Warehouse Collection section

Can you send my order by post?

Frozen food cannot under any circumstances be sent by post. Products that are not frozen (e.g. snacks, vetbeds) can of course be sent by post throughout Belgium and France. Please mention this when you place your order. (the site does not do this automatically)

What is the quality of the products offered?

All products offered come from the human food chain and are therefore in principle suitable for human consumption. The meat offered is in all cases of high quality.

What is the origin of the products offered?

All products offered on our site come from slaughterhouses in the human food chain and are under the control of AFSCA. Their origins are Belgium, France, the Netherlands and Denmark. Our fish comes from the Baltic Sea.

Origin: are the animals killed to feed my pet?

Obviously these are animals, but very important: they are not killed to feed your pet.

We work with leftovers/surplus/excess from the human food chain. Since the human food chain is a circuit with enormous waste, this meat is of very high quality and the origin is known through traceability.

Do you sell other meats than those mentioned on the site?

No, all our products are for sale on our site.

My pet is not a carnivore

Unfortunately you are not on the right site we believe.

Do you have products specifically for dogs and cats?

The ready-made menus are well suited to be given to your dog or cat.

ATTENTION This is not an informative site. We decline all responsibility in case of misuse of the products.

I have received my time slot, is it possible to modify it?

Unfortunately the time slot is fixed, and cannot under any circumstances be modified. Please try to find a solution so that your delivery can take place. If really not possible, we will suspend your delivery until the next delivery.

Where does the Word 'DogsFresh' come from
